What ingredients are in Bella’s Confections?
Only the finest ingredients are included in our fudge. The main essentials in all
our flavors include premium Ghirardelli chocolate, sweet butter, real cream, pure
vanilla and of course, a few family secrets.
Our flavors are shipped in a slab form and weigh approximately 8.5 ounces to 11
ounces. Bellas' fudge is packaged in a white enamel tin (3 5/8" x 5" x 1 5/8")
accompanied with a white bio-degradable, disposable knife.

Does Bella’s fudge include nuts or dairy product?
All of our products include dairy products. Some include nuts, such as walnuts
and pecans. Please be aware that even our products without nuts can come in
contact with nuts in our kitchen, and you should take the necessary precautions.
What is the shelf life of Bella’s gourmet fudge?
Are you kidding….we don’t know of a tin of Bella’s Confections that’s ever lasted
over a couple of days before being devoured by family and friends. Bella’s stays
fresh in our airtight tin and has a shelf-life of 10 weeks. If you want to prolong
your delicious handmade fudge we recommend freezing/refrigerating. When ready to
eat take out and let stand for an hour at room temperature and enjoy. But seriously
why would you wait that long to enjoy it?
How do you ship?
All shipments originate from our kitchen in Northern California. We ship to locations
within the 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O Boxes, a physical address is needed.
Bella’s Confections ships US Postal Priority 3-5 business days for $9.95. An
additional $1.95 is added if you request a delivery signature. We are not responsible
if the recipient signs for the package, or has a signature release wavier on file,
and the package is lost after delivery. Orders placed by noon PST will ship same day.
We ship Monday through Wednesday, except during peak season in which we ship 6 days
a week.
Customers placing an order for up to 12 tins of Bella’s Confections, which are being
shipped to the same address, will receive the same shipping of $9.95 for that order.
